The Vendor is required to provide the authority with executive recruitment services.
- The Authority facilitates the hiring process of executives across multiple classifications and seeks assistance from a recruitment firm to source, recruit, and screen candidates suitable for executive-level positions.
- Complete all executive recruitment service activities, including, but not limited to, advertising, research and recruitment, candidate assistance, screening and evaluation process, and post selection support.
- The report shall recommend three (3) to four (4) highly qualified candidates, resumes and profiles, including thorough professional background checks.
- Within five (5) business days of receipt of the Task Order, the Contractor shall solicit input from designated Authority staff, through meetings and/or interviews, to understand the role, responsibilities, required qualifications, and appropriate experience needed for the position.
- Draft an executive recruitment strategy which shall include a communications and advertising strategy, as well as timelines, for Authority review and approval.
- Shall attend reoccurring meetings as mutually agreed upon with designated Authority staff to discuss and review candidates’ background, education, fit for the position, and provide written reports summarizing this information.
- Review all applications submitted and complete a documented screening methodology to evaluate the knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities of the candidate pool.
- Require candidates to make oral presentations, prepare and submit written materials, and/or complete a problem-solving exercise, as appropriate for the position.
