The Vendor is required to provide the services of a course design, development and facilitation consultant to support its non-credit program portfolio in the areas of executive leadership, organizational management, change management, and human resources.
- The required services include:
• Consulting with the department on simultaneous projects in various stages of program design, development and execution, ranging from single day sessions to 8 month programs, on an ad-hoc or recurring basis
• Collaborating on design and pedagogy of programs structured for individual enrolment of executive-level clientele or highly customized programs for organizations
• Contextualizing course design(s) to university executive leadership team expectations
• Integrating workforce planning, talent development and succession strategies into leadership programs, drawing on CPHR-certified methodologies
• Performing needs assessments and organizational health assessments
• Developing change management initiative frameworks
• Providing coaching and facilitating feedback, fostering trust and rapport across all levels of management and ensuring scalability from local firms to multi-national corporations
• Representing the department and the university in open-enrolment and custom client engagements
• Administering numerous assessment tools, interpretation and debriefs, facilitating seamless integration into projects, frameworks and personal learning plans
• Arranging and attending meetings virtually or in person, adapting to schedule changes
- Requirements include but may not be limited to:
• Significant experience in adult-learning in a multitude of learning environments
• Extensive master facilitator experience in post-secondary and industry settings
• Proven ability to design, develop and deliver customized leadership learning programs
• Ability to provide immersive learning experiences and captivating simulations
• Executive coaching certification and experience, including extensive c-suite experience
• 30+ years coaching and feedback facilitation experience, demonstrating effectiveness in fostering trust and rapport across all levels of management, including executives (VP’S, c-suite, board of directors)
• Leadership and succession coaching expertise
• Ability to synthesize current industry trends with rigorous academic research
• Expertise across executive leadership, organizational management, change management and human resources topics with ability to demonstrate high-impact leadership outcomes and dynamic organizational effectiveness
• Dexterity in evaluating feedback and enhancing project frameworks and course lifecycles and objectives
• Experience with small to medium private enterprises, large multi-national corporations, and not-for-profit public sector organizations
• Experience providing consulting services to municipal, provincial and federal governments
• Detailed understanding of complexities of large-scale multi-national industries and organizations and ability to support and guide their leadership
• Expertise with numerous assessment tools, interpretation and debriefs
• Extensive teaching and facilitation experience with post-secondary institutions
• PhD credentials
• Certified master facilitator.
