Recruiting Services

The vendor is required to provide recruiting service on an as-needed basis.
- Typical recruitment services may include, but are not limited to:
•    Developing customized recruitment strategies for specific positions 
•    Creating, posting, and promoting job announcements 
•    Receiving, screening, and reporting on applicant pools
•    Conducting background reviews and assessments
•    Coordinating and facilitating interviews 
•    Assisting in offer negotiations and the hiring process 
•    Providing other related services that support the identification and hiring of high-quality candidates.
