The vendor is required to provide leadership development and executive coaching program services to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive, multi-year leadership program for emerging and senior leaders that is inclusive of executive-level coaching, tailored to the mission, vision, and values of college.
- Objectives
• Develop emerging leaders to equip them with leadership knowledge and skills.
• Strengthen executive leaders’ alignment, cohesion, and strategic execution.
• Provide executive‐level coaching to emergent and senior leaders to enhance their strategic leadership, change management, organizational culture, and succession planning.
• Align the program with college’s mission, strategic goals, institutional values, and leadership expectations.
• Build internal sustainability for a next-generation leadership pipeline.
• Create a sustainable, repeatable leadership development framework that aligns with college’s long-term strategic goals.
• Define clear metrics and evaluation to measure program effectiveness, leadership changes, and retention and promotion of participants.
