The Vendor is required to provide hosting an industry day to seek input from all parties, organizations, and stakeholders interested in providing feedback on excellence in hiring through local external recruiters.
- Purpose
•    Partner with local external recruitment firms to diversify talent acquisition.
•    Engage multiple recruitment firms with specialized sector expertise (e.g., behavioral health, healthcare, IT, public safety).
•    Build upon the agile, inclusive, and responsive recruitment ecosystem threaded with Department across the county.
- Goals
•    Build a pre-qualified pool of recruitment vendors to support varied departmental needs.
•    Ensure sector-specific recruitment excellence by leveraging firms with niche capabilities.
•    Promote equity and access by creating pathways for small, local, and minority-owned recruitment firms.
•    Support local economic development and small business growth.
