The Vendor is required to provide for international student recruitment.
- This initiative supports the university’s strategic enrollment management (SEM) 2.0 Plan priority to stabilize and grow overall international undergraduate and graduate student enrollment, with particular emphasis on high demand programs in the university
- Market Outreach and Recruitment
• Executing country-specific outreach strategies aligned with university brand and academic strengths
• Hosting or participating in virtual and/or in-person events, fairs, school visits, and information sessions
• Providing market intelligence, competitor analysis and recommendations for strategy refinement throughout the contract year
- Inquiry Management and Lead Nurturing
• Managing university -generated and partner-generated inquiries
• Conducting ongoing, culturally responsive follow-up with prospective students consistent with university policies and processes
• Maintaining accurate, consistent and timely communication using email, messaging platforms, and digital tools
- Application Support and Conversion
• Guiding prospective students through university admissions processes and requirements
• Supporting application completion in coordination with undergraduate admissions and the graduate school
• Assisting with conversion across the enrollment funnel from inquiry → applicant → admit → orientation → enrolled
- Pre-Arrival and Visa Readiness Support
• Providing general visa interview preparation guidance
• Supporting pre-departure communication and successful transition to university
• Coordinating with university office for immigration related questions and next steps
- Agent/Subagent 0versight and Ethical Standards (As Applicable)
• Disclosing all agents and subagents used in recruitment
• Ensuring accurate representation of university programs, costs, and requirements
• Training and monitoring agents to uphold ethical recruitment standards
- Reporting and Data Sharing
• Providing monthly reports on leads, applications, admits, orientation reservations, and enrollments
• Sharing funnel analytics, identifying obstacles and recommended adjustments to improve conversion
• Collaborating with university to ensure secure and efficient integration with university systems (e.g., slate CRM).
