The Vendor is required to provide to develop and implement strategies that attract, and enroll qualified international students into university programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and alignment with institutional goals.
- University shall retain full discretion and control of admissions decisions consistent with its internal policies and procedures.
- Recruit students from diverse geographic regions who are living outside of the country.
- Comply with all reasonable and lawful instructions from University, from time to time, concerning the marketing of educational services.
- Engage in any false or misleading advertising or recruiting practices.
- Charge any additional application or other fees beyond the amount specified by University.
- Use any advertising, promotional, or selling materials in relation to the University except those supplied or approved in writing by the University.
- University will work with the Contractor to develop relevant marketing materials, including multilingual content, and manage social media campaigns targeting international audiences.
- Provide Contractor with program details, branding guidelines and compliance oversight.
