a. Fit for duty assessments:

• Weekly progress updates will be provided to HR or the program manager on the status of assessments, including any delays or required follow-ups.
b. Recommendations and reporting:
• After each assessment, a written report with clear recommendations will be provided within 24 hours of the assessment's completion.
• If additional assessments or follow-ups are required, these will be documented with clear timelines for completion.
c. Turnaround time and extensions:
• The standard turnaround time for completing an assessment is 30 days from the initiation date.
• If an extension beyond 30 days is required (e.g., for additional testing or specialist consultation), the requesting party must submit an extension request, which will be evaluated and approved by the program manager.
d. Referral network:
• Establish a network of qualified healthcare providers for referrals to specialized services such as:
o Psychiatric services: for mental health evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing support.
o Psychological services: for counseling, psychological assessments, and treatment recommendations.
o Neurology services: for neurological evaluations, including those related to cognitive function, physical impairments, or any neurological conditions affecting work performance.
e. Fit for duty assessment recommendation form:
• A standardized form will be developed for documenting assessment results, including a section for specialist referrals.
• The form will also include sections for recommendations and any follow-up required, ensuring compliance with the 24-hour report turnaround.
