• Developing and managing an online platform to house data collected.
- Outcomes
1. Data analysis and evaluation of outcomes:
• Analysis of pre-post data collected on pRE-ETS provided through office contractors and staff
• Post surveys shall be evaluated for student skill gain.
• Office shall have access to real time data through graphs, charts, and figures to enhance readability and utility on the online platform
• PRE-ETS staff shall have access to their data through the online platform
2. Technical assistance
• Provide technical assistance if the pRE-ETS staff needs assistance with utilization of the surveys or platform
• Ongoing technical assistance shall be provided to office and pRE-ETS staff on best practices of data collection and test administration techniques.
