Executive Recruitment Services

The vendor required to provide executive recruitment services to support the recruitment and selection of a new chief of police.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the executive recruitment process. 
- This includes advising the board on best practices for senior police executive recruitment; assisting with the development of the position description and candidate profile; designing and implementing a targeted recruitment and outreach strategy; conducting candidate screening, assessment, and shortlisting; supporting interview coordination, reference checks, and background processes; and providing advisory reporting to assist the board in final candidate selection.
