Personnel Executive Recruitment Consultation Services

The vendor required to provide personnel executive recruitment consultation for health services positions, including, executive-level roles.
- Requirement:
•    Facilitation of kick-off meetings with key stakeholders:
o    Collaboration with the agency personnel team and contra costa health leadership to:
1.    Define recruitment needs
2.    Gather insights into the position’s background and responsibilities
3.    Department expectations
4.    Navigating potential search or hiring challenges
5.    Assist with the creation of selection criteria
•    Development and execution of recruitment campaign plans for talent, that may include national, regional in-state and local elements as determined during the initial kickoff meeting, 
•    Recruitment plans should include:
o    Creation of advertising brochures 
o    Posting opportunities on industry websites, professional publications, job bulletin boards and social media platforms. 
•    Screening and evaluation candidates, providing agency personnel with a list of qualified finalists.
•    Coordination of the interview processes, candidate communications, and reference verifications as requested.
•    Screening applicants through face-to-face interactions, videoconference, or phone.
•    Presenting a list of finalists (to be interviewed) to the key stakeholders including, but not limited to, the director of agency personnel, agency leadership and hiring manager and team. 
•    Assisting with the assembly of interview panels for multiple interview levels (first-round, second-round and finalists).
•    Maintaining documentation of recruitment activities and providing regular updates to agency personnel.
•    Providing data and reports as needed, including recruitment metrics, candidate pool summaries, and progress updates to support decision-making
•    Additional tasks as needed to complete the recruitment, with additional work compensated as agreed upon in the consultant’s contract with the county.
