The Vendor is required to provide human resource services including strategic human resource planning support, organizational design and effectiveness and support for performance management.
- Services may include, but are not limited to:
• Support for recruiting activities including developing job descriptions, interview guides, reference guides, applicant screening and interview support;
• Providing advice and direction on applying agency performance management and performance evaluation plans including goal and objective setting;
• Human resource policy development;
• Organizational design and organizational effectiveness advice and guidance;
• Position classification and re-classification; and
• Strategic human resource planning.
