The Vendor is required to provide statewide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) contractual services.
- Objectives:
• Promote prevention and early intervention with employee issues to reduce the impact of work/life stressors for University employees and their families.
• Provide 24/7 statewide access to all employees for counseling and consultation
• Develop a partnership between internal Office and external EAP that results in seamless service to employees and family members
• Provide training, education, and support services to employees in diverse occupations and employment categories (e.g. faculty, academic staff, and university employees)
- Required:
• Assessment, referrals, counseling and follow-up services to employees and their eligible household members who are experiencing job-related and/or personal problems
• Guidance and information to supervisors/management/internal Office staff working with employees that are experiencing job-related and/or personal problems
• Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services
• Grief counseling services
• Health and wellness education
• Cultural competency
• Training/workshops adaptable to a variety of audiences
• Program promotion and marketing through website/app, brochures, webinars
• Collaboration with internal Office staff
