The vendor required to provide executive recruitment of three (3) new board of directors’ positions over the course of 2026 and 2027.
- Requirement:
• Prepare sourcing strategy to recruit a range of qualified candidates who align with agency mission, vision and guiding principles.
• The strategy should have a clearly defined search profiled based on specific requirements as defined by agency;
• Provide information on compensation trends and overall market status based on research and insights from experience working locally in city;
• Complete a fulsome executive search process for qualified candidate based on specific criteria;
• Identify and evaluate appropriate candidates and present a recommendation on individuals to be shortlisted and interviewed;
• Participate in the interview process for potential candidates and assist in coordinating availability of the candidates based on the project schedule noted
• Provide a final recommendation for the selection of the new board member(s).
