The vendor required to provide executive coaching services and high-potential leadership development programming to support leadership development for faculty and executive leaders across various departments and divisions.
- Requirement:
1. Coaching development plan
• Creation of personalized coaching goals for each leader and measures for success.
• This plan will be developed collaboratively between the leader, the coach, and the manager to ensure alignment with institutional objectives.
2. Initial check-in meeting
• An optional check-in meeting between the leader, their manager, and the coach will be conducted early in the engagement to review and finalize the coaching development plan.
• This ensures that all parties are aligned on the goals, strategies, and expectations for the engagement.
3. Individual coaching sessions
• Leaders will receive individualized coaching sessions, projected to occur twice per month.
• The frequency and cadence of these sessions will be tailored to the client’s needs and schedule. Sessions may primarily be conducted virtually, with in-person sessions available when necessary.
4. Unlimited support
• Faculty leaders will have unlimited phone and email support between sessions for “just-in-time” coaching, allowing for real-time guidance as leadership challenges arise.
5. Confidentiality
• The coaching relationship will be strictly confidential.
• The only information to be shared with the faculty leader’s manager will be the coaching development plan, the number of completed sessions, and the overall level of engagement.
6. Final check-in and continuation plan
• After the engagement, a final check-in meeting between the faculty leader, their manager, and the coach may be held to review progress and establish a continuation plan for ongoing development.
• This meeting will include a follow-up strategy to ensure the faculty leader’s continued growth beyond the coaching engagement.
