The vendor is required to provide an established AI-powered classification and compensation platform specifically designed for government/public sector applications.
- Solution must include trained AI agents ready to support comprehensive job classification analysis, compensation benchmarking, and job description development
- Additional capabilities to support broader HR analysis needs, such as labor relations and union contract analysis, are desirable but secondary to the core classification and compensation functionality.
- Services shall:
i. Provide established, AI-powered classification and compensation services with trained AI agents specifically designed for government/public sector applications.
ii. Deliver comprehensive job classification analysis tools, including similarity scoring, comparable classification identification, and classification creation/generation capabilities.
iii. Provide access to current, comprehensive benchmark data including job descriptions and salary information for the County’s comparable agencies and jurisdictions.
iv. Enable compensation benchmarking with access to 10+ comparable agencies within the system.
v. Support unlimited job classifications within the platform with no volume restrictions.
vi. Provide FLSA analysis and determination capabilities with supporting rationale.
vii. Include qualification analysis tools and driver license requirement analysis.
viii. Offer workflow capabilities with track changes functionality for collaborative review and approval processes.
ix. Enable export capabilities and reporting functions for analysis and presentation purposes
x. Provide dedicated customer support resources with defined response time commitments
xi. Provide an established platform with proven AI capabilities (not developmental or beta products)
xii. Produce current, maintained benchmark data for Washington State and/or Pacific Northwest public sector employers.
xiii. Uphold robust data security practices and compliance with public sector data protection requirements.
xiv. Support multiple permission levels and multiple system administrators.
xv. Provide ongoing technical support and regular system updates.
xvi. Deliver comprehensive onboarding and training for County staff.
xvii. Maintain capacity to provide training and ongoing support as needed.
- County will provide:
i. Access to current job classification data and organizational structure information.
ii. Designated staff members to serve as system administrators and primary users.
iii. Participation in onboarding, training, and implementation activities.
iv. Timely feedback and communication throughout the implementation process.
v. Collaboration in identifying comparable agencies and benchmarking parameters relevant to the County’s needs.
