• Actively recruit and cultivate candidates beyond passive applicants
• Develop marketing and advertising strategy
- Candidate Screening & Evaluation:
• Review applications and nominations
• Evaluate candidates against established criteria
• Present a vetted pool of qualified candidates
- Finalist Support:
• Conduct comprehensive reference and background checks
• Assist with finalist selection and campus visits
• Provide guidance during interviews and forums.
