HR Health and Safety Lab Services

The Vendor is required to provide HR health and safety lab services for include:
•    Ability to retrieve lab results through an online portal or electronic process. 
•    Would include the ability to save the report from the online format. 
•    A program for shipping to be included in pricing once samples reach a certain value for the shipment. 
•    Potential need for next day shipping due to the distance of lab from state preferably built into the pricing package so that turnaround times are faster. 
•    A program for a supply of sampling materials as part of laboratory package or a cost reduction in purchasing sampling materials from the lab vendor. 
•    Ability to separate multiple departments into separate billing structures under the same lab proposal, and provide clear invoicing for each department. 
•    Provide option to pay invoices via credit card with no additional fees passed on to agency.
