Executive Coaching Services

The Vendor is required to provide individual executive coaching for agency senior leaders and managers (the “Client”) to improve leadership skills and teamwork, develop situational leadership skills, and self-awareness and identifying and targeting areas for development for the Client on an as-requested basis.
- The expected outcome of each engagement should allow the Client to strategize and to establish and achieve clear goals that will result in improved business effectiveness for both the Client and the University.
- The Consultant will be expected to encourage and protect confidentiality while promoting open and candid discussions with the Client.
- Approved consultants must be reasonably available and have the expertise as required to fulfill this service.
