- Utilize screening methodologies sufficient to determine that a candidate possesses the requisite skills, experience and qualifications to perform the position functions required prior to submitting candidate to agency.
- Verify the candidate’s educational background and the possession of any required licenses and certifications.
- Match candidates to positions.
- Candidates will specify the following:
• Recruiting category
• Position title
• Position requirements
• Salary
• Employee work hours
• Skills required
• Character attributes desired
- The Search Fee is 27% of the candidate’s negotiated annual base salary, excluding benefits, bonuses or any other compensation for the position.
