The Vendor is required to provide recruitment services for include:
- Recruitment process
• Propose a timeline for the recruitment process
• Responsibilities and the expectations of agency during the recruitment process, highlighting key activities, timeline, and milestones.
• Each of the activities and milestones in your recruitment process including:
o CEO job description review
o Creation of materials to inform candidates for the approval of the chief executive officer (CEO) recruitment ad hoc committee.
o Launching the search.
o Reviewing candidates and conducting initial screening to determine those to be interviewed by the ad hoc committee.
o Presentation of qualified candidates.
o Arranging candidate interviews
o Creating and providing appropriate briefing materials for CEO recruitment ad hoc
o Creating assessment tools and guiding post-interview assessments
o Assuring compliance with laws applicable to conducting selection process
o Supporting the negotiation process with the successful candidate, closing the search, coordinating interviews, preparing job offers, and other responsibilities of a standard CEO recruitment.
• Assuring that you will recruit a replacement candidate at no additional charge, if the chosen candidate is unsuccessful or leaves the organization within 6 months
• Approach to stakeholder engagement with the board and board subcommittees.
