The Vendor is required to provide executive leadership coaching services for include:
1. Areas of expertise:
• Executive, management, and supervisory training
• Leadership effectiveness
• Team development
• Building a trust-based environment
• Strategic planning and decision making
• Self-awareness and emotional intelligence
• Effective communication
• Adaptability
• Survey and assessment design and analysis
• Coaching leaders at various levels
• Group facilitation
• 1:1 sessions
• Role-playing
• Cohort training methods (peer-to-peer interaction)
• Debriefing and wrap-up
2. Evaluation and data collection
• Responsible for facilitating a structured feedback process and will distribute evaluations (e.g., surveys, questionnaires) immediately after the completion of training session(s) to measure participant satisfaction with the content, instructor, and environment.
• Results will be forwarded to the probation department.
