The Vendor is required to provide executive search and recruitment services on an as-needed basis.
- Requirement:
1. Planning and consultation
• Meet with district leadership to determine position needs and desired qualifications
• Develop position profile and leadership competencies
• Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment materials
• Provide guidance on compensation benchmarking and market conditions
2. Recruitment and outreach
• Develop and implement a targeted recruitment strategy
• Conduct national, regional, and local outreach
• Actively recruit diverse and qualified candidates
• Advertise positions through professional networks and publications
• Utilize professional associations and leadership networks
3. Candidate screening and evaluation
• Conduct preliminary candidate screening
• Review resumes and qualifications
• Conduct reference checks
• Conduct background research
• Present qualified candidate pool to district leadership
4. Interview process support
• Assist in developing interview protocols
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement processes
• Coordinate interview schedules
• Assist with stakeholder surveys or focus groups (if requested)
5. Final candidate support
• Conduct final reference checks
• Assist with candidate negotiations
• Support onboarding planning (if requested).
