The Vendor is required to provide on-call consulting services for independent human resources investigation services at airport.
- Services include:
• Conduct intake and case assessment
o Review initial complaint information
o Identify scope, allegations, and applicable policies
• Investigation planning
o Develop an investigation plan, witness list, and timeline
o Coordinate with designated HR or legal representatives
• Conducting interviews
o Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses
o Ensure neutrality, confidentiality to the extent possible, and safe environment for those being interviewed
• Document and evidence review
o Analyze emails, messages, personnel files, and other relevant materials
• Develop findings and analysis
o Provide clear, defensible, well-documented findings
o Evaluate credibility of witnesses
o Identify facts versus inconclusive findings
• Provide written investigation report
o Provide a detailed summary of facts, evidence, findings, and policy conclusions
o Include supporting documentation and interview notes as an evidence log and documentation index
o Develop an executive summary for leadership
• Ensure confidentiality and data-security
o Must comply with all confidentiality, privacy, and data‑handling requirements, including secure storage and transmission of sensitive information.
• Provide expert testimony or consultation
o Participate in hearings, mediations, or legal proceedings as needed
• Recommendations for corrective action
o Offer non binding recommendations aligned with organizational policy as requested.
