The Vendor is required to provide payroll services for non- university law enforcement officers.
- Provide all equipment, materials, and resources to ensure that the officers are paid in an efficient manner, all payroll tax requirements are met and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Services include:
• Provide payroll services that shall be administered on a bi-weekly basis and for the employees to receive direct deposits each pay period.
• Provide the necessary contractors and liability insurance to ensure the officers have adequate coverage.
• Provide quarterly reports, end of year processing and reporting to the university in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate the appropriate use of technology, process automation, and access data sets and reports.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of all aspects of payroll processing including federal and state income tax reporting and remittances.
• Implement new requirements, fringe benefits offerings, and any other changes that may arise during the length of this contract.
• Provide the following services:
o Payroll processing
o Payroll reports
o Tax administration and filing
o Direct deposit processing
o Telephone and internet customer support 24/7
