Individualized Placement and Supported Employment Services

The Vendor is required to provide parties, agencies, and stakeholders regarding Individualized Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment services for drug medical organized delivery system.
- Supported Employment (SE) provides an array of job opportunities to help adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorders obtain competitive employment.
- The program uses a comprehensive approach that is community-based, client and family-driven, and culturally competent. Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Model is an evidence-based model of SE for individuals with serious mental illness or substance use disorders, with the goal of helping these individuals gain competitive employment in the field or placement of their choice.
