The Vendor is required to provide pre-employment physicals services for include:
• The district requires pre-employment physicals for all new employees.
• We estimate the need for approximately 750 such physicals for the contract period.
• Appointments for physical exams should be readily available during ordinary business hours, preferably six days per week.
• Walk-in appointments are preferred.
• Physical exams should include, at a minimum:
• Review of medical history
• Clinical examination, to be documented on a form developed by the contractor and approved by the district
• Tb testing (mantoux or check x-ray when warranted)
• Ten-panel drug screening
• Others tests as may be required by law for public school employees.
• Results must be reported to the district within 3 business days.
