The Vendor is required to provide healthcare staffing resources for locum tenens physician and advanced practice providers searches and permanent placement of physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Features and components:
• Previous experience in the healthcare field is required for all search specialties.
• Proven track record of successful searches for similar type positions.
• Description of the firm including the types of searches that are your specialty.
• Submit biography and profile of executive recruiter(s) who would handle our searches; include their background and credentials.
• Submit a summary of your process of developing job specifications and developing a communication plan regarding this opportunity and the different tools you incorporate into your search process.
• Submit a list of similar searches you have completed in the past 24 months.
• Submit information on your ability to attract a diverse panel of candidates, and your ability to successfully place diverse candidates; please highlight your firm’s commitment to diversity recruitment.
• Submit a table of timeline activities for a typical search in each search specialty that you include in your proposal (i.e. the timeline from the time we would bring a candidate request to the time you present a candidate panel).
• Please provide any additional information that makes you particularly qualified to handle this searches.
• Please submit a list of client references we may contact.
• We prefer firms with knowledge of, and recruitment experience in, the local and regional healthcare market in greater state.
