The Vendor is required to provide executive search services for include:
• Develop a comprehensive CEO position profile integrating role accountabilities, leadership competencies, governance interface, and future state requirements through document review, conversations with the search committee and structured stakeholder interviews.
• Design and execute a targeted national and international search strategy, including sector and market mapping, advice from the search committee and other stakeholders as well as candidate segmentation and benchmarking as well as attraction messaging aligned to agency priorities.
• Proactively identify, approach, and assess candidates using rigorous, evidence based competency and values based assessment methodologies including benchmarking.
• Present a qualified longlist supported by written candidate profiles including leadership assessment, motivation, compensation context and expectations, and risk considerations.
• Assist and seek guidance from the search committee in narrowing the longlist of applicants to three to five shortlisted candidates.
• Design the interview process in consultation with the search committee, including structured interview guides, evaluation criteria, and advisory support through finalist interviews and comparative assessment.
• Coordinate the negotiation of salary and contract with the preferred candidate.
• Finalize the search through an offer acceptance.
• Professionally manage communication with non-selected candidates to protect reputation and employer branding.
