The Vendor is required to provide for Human Resources (HR) consulting services to review and make recommendations on agency job classifications and compensation plan.
- Review Agency compensation plan and make recommendations for improvements. If a new plan is recommended, specify what type of plan is recommended and develop a proposal for implementing the plan.
- The second deliverable will be to review compensation for the Agency staff. There are approximately 22 different job classifications and 73 different job descriptions.
- Week-to-week activities and progress will be communicated by the consultant to the Chief People and Member Services Officer.
