The Vendor is required to provide professional search services for all areas of the recruitment, ensuring the recommended candidate(s) can successfully perform the duties of the position, including, but not limited to:
• Creating the position profile
• Marketing materials, including brochure and related advertisement(s) to effectively market the position;
• Resume collection of interested applicants;
• Prescreening of all applicants and thorough review of qualifying experience, including conducting background checks (may include financial checks – only at county’s request), contact with professional references for verification of performance and recommendations, verification of all stated academic credentials, industry certifications and licenses, and employment history;
• Recommendation to county (contract administrator and hiring manager) presenting the most highly qualified candidates to be interviewed by the county;
• Necessary communications with the candidates;
• Continuous reporting to the county to provide status updates of the recruitment until the position is successfully filled.
