The Vendor is required to provide specialized executive recruiting services, specifically in the the categories of wealth, capital markets and risk.
- Executive Recruiting at agency is defined as recruitment for roles at a Vice President level or higher and/or roles with annual earnings of $800,000 CAD or higher.
- Experience: Have a sustainable business model and experienced recruitment team capable of supporting multiple executive recruitment engagements at a time. Executive recruitment is defined as roles at the Vice President level or higher, and/or with annual earnings of $800,000 CAD or higher
- Distinguishing - Recruitment agency(s) shall enlighten agency with talent mapping and competitive market information about the fields sought by agency. Agency(s) shall then combine their deep understanding of the particular competitive landscape in the fields with ardent insight into the unique employee value proposition agency can offer candidates to strongly advocate for as a top employer of choice in these fields.
- Searching and headhunting - Recruitment agency(s) shall explore prospective candidates from their rich database, as well as other sources, and/or by headhunting to match the skills and qualifications required by the specific job description. In the event search parameters extend internationally, agency(s) will provide expertise in labour market impact assessment (LMIA) and immigration requirements.
- Identifying - Recruitment agency(s) will analyze profiles identified or received through applications or other sources, and conduct thorough pre-screening and reference checking before identifying to agency a shortlist of candidates who match the position and corporate culture profile. The agency(s) will also support the application and analysis of internal agency candidates, when applicable.
- Shortlisting - Recruitment agency(s) shall then share a shortlist, including a recommendation of job fit of the most qualified prospective candidates to agency Financial for interviews and selection. If shortlisted candidates do not meet the hiring managers’ expectations, agency Financial may request additional candidates to be added to the shortlist.
- Assessing - Recruitment agency(s) will invite potential candidates to be assessed. Recruitment agency(s) will conduct both oral and written assessments aimed at testing each individual's potential. Recruitment agency(s) will coordinate and set up interview appointments with the hiring manager.
- Reference Checking - Recruitment agency(s) may be asked to share reference check information with the hiring managers regarding candidates, and understand further background checks may be requested of candidates.
