International Student Recruitment In-Country Representation Services

The Vendor is required to provide full-time international student recruitment and in-country representation services within priority global regions.
- University’s international recruitment objectives through activities such as student recruitment, school outreach, education agent engagement and training, participation in recruitment fairs and events, on-line student appointments, market representation, and relationship management within designated regions or countries.
- Full-time International Student Recruitment Services
• Promoting University programs and opportunities to prospective international students and stakeholders;
• Supporting student recruitment activities within designated regions or countries;
• Conducting school outreach, stakeholder engagement, and relationship development activities; and
• Participating in recruitment fairs, information sessions, virtual events, and other promotional activities.
- Market Representation Services
• Representing University within designated international markets;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with schools, education agents, pathway partners, and other stakeholders; and
• Providing market intelligence and regional recruitment insights.
- Education Agent Engagement and Support
• Supporting identification, engagement, and ongoing communication with education agents and recruitment partners; and
• Providing information regarding University programs, admissions requirements, and recruitment initiatives.
- Student and Stakeholder Support Services
• Responding to inquiries from prospective students and stakeholders; and
• Providing general guidance regarding University programs, admissions processes, and study opportunities.
- Account Management and Reporting
• Maintaining ongoing communication with University’s International Recruitment team; and
• Providing recruitment activity updates, market feedback, and reporting, as requested by the University.
