The Vendor is required to provide executive search firms to establish a pool of firms capable of conducting national recruitments for executive-level positions across the organization.
- These recruitments will support both general fund and enterprise fund departments, ensuring the city continues to attract highly qualified, innovative, and service-oriented leadership.
- Requirement:
1. Position assessment
• Meet with city leadership and stakeholders
• Develop a recruitment strategy and timeline
• Prepare a position profile and recruitment brochure
2. Candidate recruitment
• Conduct a national search
• Identify and recruit passive and active candidates
• Utilize public sector, industry-specific, and private sector networks and outreach platforms to recruit highly qualified candidates for both traditional municipal government functions and specialized enterprise operations.
3. Screening and evaluation
• Conduct preliminary interviews
• Evaluate qualifications
• Present detailed candidate summaries
• Recommend a short list of finalists
4. Selection support
• Assist in interview planning and facilitation
• Provide interview questions and evaluation tools
• Coordinate reference checks and background support
5. Compensation and onboarding advisory
• Provide compensation benchmarking
• Assist with offer negotiation, if needed
• Provide onboarding consultation.
