The Vendor is required to provide executive search firms to support agency in the recruitment of senior administrative, executive-level, and faculty leaders across the institution.
- Assist in identifying, sourcing, evaluating, and presenting highly qualified candidate(s) for executive leadership and physician roles.
- Candidate(s) for leadership roles throughout the institution in areas including, but not limited to:
• Clinical Administration
• Faculty Leadership
• Facilities
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Information Technology
• Legal/Compliance
• Marketing
• Not-for-Profit/Development
• Nursing Administration
• Research Administration
- Consult with agency to understand organizational needs, leadership expectations, and role-specific requirements.
- Conduct proactive talent research and outreach.
- Conduct nationwide or global searches: shall conduct nationwide or global searches, as necessary, to identify the most qualified candidate(s) to meet agency needs.
- Develop position description: develop position description(s), candidate profile(s), etc., subject to review and approval from agency. Such position description(s), candidate profile(s), etc., will outline at a minimum title, reporting relationships, responsibilities, required education, experience, etc.
