The Vendor is required to provide recruitment services on an as needed basis.
- Multiple contracts with companies in the following categories to offer recruitment services for regular (full-time) employment.
- Acquire a basic understanding of the requesting entity and the community (location of position);
- Assist in identifying desired skills and qualifications and if applicable, refinement of compensation package;
- Assist with preparation of a search timeline;
- Identify and recruit local and nationwide talent by leveraging Offeror network and resources to attract diverse and qualified candidates;
- Provide requesting entity with progress reports throughout the search;
- Design of an outreach campaign of the position that may incorporate location targeting, optimal ad frequency and duration, and a coordinated messaging across various platforms to achieve maximum impact;
- Conduct candidate assessment, appraisal and resume screening, reference checks, mining of public domain information on the Internet, interviews and preparation of experience summaries, cultural fit assessment, and in-depth evaluations;
- Engage the candidate (and spouse/others) prior to any in-person meeting to learn more about the candidate and assess the level of interest;
- Develop and implement a process to narrow the candidate list;
- Assist in the development of the interview questions used by the search committee for the narrowed candidate list;
- Assist in negotiating a compensation package and employment terms and other customary or requested assistance in connection with the search;
- Assist with relocation and licensing of selected candidate.
