The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP) services to eligible county and participating agency employees, and their family members.
- Local in-person, virtual, and/or telephonic assessment, referral, counseling and treatment services for at minimum of eight (8) and up to ten (10) sessions per issue, per employee/family member, per year. If the participant's presenting problem is determined not to be resolvable within the contractually agreed upon sessions, the Contractor must refer the participant to an appropriate provider based on the participant’s needs for the provision of alternative services after assessment.
- Unlimited management consultation and referral services to assist County supervisors and managers in policy and procedure and coordination.
- Unlimited number of community resource referrals to supplement the counseling services.
- Individual follow-up with participants and satisfactory surveys to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of services provided.
- Unlimited crisis intervention services, including critical incident stress debriefing (“CISD”) response services and on-site expert management consultation services upon County’s request and approval.
- Consultation regarding drug-free workplace policies, substance abuse assessments, and case oversight services in support of County workplace compliance requirements.
- Family Care services include customized referral packets that include research, tailored educational materials, and referrals for childcare, adoption, elder care, education, pet care and personal convenience services. Vacancies in the program must be ensured prior to making the referral.
- Financial services to include unlimited telephonic financial information regarding finances and related issues by Contractor’s Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) staff.
- Online Will preparation services to include a basic Last Will and Testament. Any changes or upgrades to the Will and Testament, including but not limited to, the Will printing on bond paper and mailing will be the responsibility of the employee/family member.
- Posters and flyers for program advertisement semi-annually, with quantities determined in coordination with the County.
- All administrative services required for the EAP and Work-Life Services programs.
- A dedicated toll-free access number available 24 hours per day, seven days per week for counseling and crisis intervention services by live Master’s level clinician.
- Secure Online portal for scheduling, assessment, program resources and educational materials, communication tools, etc.
- Customized Online Guidance resources addressing topics such as health & wellness, law & regulations, family & relationships, work & education, money & investments, consumer & leisure and home & auto.
- Unlimited utilization of all programs as described, except where session limits or other limitations are specifically defined.
