Executive Search Firm Services

The vendor is required to provide executive search firm services for a four-year contract spanning 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030.
- Complete executive searches for the recruitment of volunteer board members to each of company and office board of directors.
- The expected fees per board member search for recruitment years:
• 2027 (up to 3 vacancies)
• 2028 (up to 5 vacancies)
• 2029 (up to 3 vacancies)
• 2030 (up to 8 vacancies).
