The Vendor is required to provide executive search services to support the recruitment and selection of institute next president and chief executive officer (president and CEO).
- Requirement:
1. Discovery and position profile
• Stakeholder engagement: conduct structured consultations with internal and external stakeholders as directed by institute to gather input on desired candidate competencies challenges and institute strategic needs.
• Position profile development: review institutional strategy, governance context and relevant background materials; develop a comprehensive position profile and leadership competency framework.
• The profile must include key responsibilities, leadership attributes, strategic priorities and performance expectations for the new president.
2. Search strategy and candidate sourcing
• Develop a documented search strategy; identify target organizations and candidate pools; conduct direct outreach and confidential sourcing; describe diversity sourcing approach.
3. Candidate screening and assessment
• Conduct structured screening interviews; evaluate candidates using a standardized assessment framework aligned with the position profile; complete preliminary due diligence and credentials review.
4. Shortlisting and selection support
• Facilitate development of shortlists; support interview planning; prepare comparative candidate analysis to support decision making.
5. Final selection and negotiation support
• Conduct final reference checks and background verification as directed (with candidate consent); support offer strategy and negotiation at institute direction.
6. Post selection and transition support
• Provide onboarding and transition advisory as requested; deliver a final search summary and lessons learned.
