The Vendor is required to provide for the purpose of conducting and coordinating all activities for a search for two Superintendents of Schools.
- Meeting with each board of education Superintendent Search Committee to develop a customized search process, with appropriate measurement tools and based upon the particular needs of the County District and the Technology.
- Developing and implementing the recruitment phase of the searches, which would include: preparing advertisements, receiving and processing all applications, conducting appropriate background checks, identifying all qualified candidates, conducting preliminary interviews of said qualified candidates and providing to the board search committee with a list of semi-finalists.
- Conducting site visits and coordinating any interviews with various stakeholders of the school district, including parents, students and the general public.
- Setting goals and objectives with the newly appointed superintendent and board of education.
- Providing at least one workshop with the board and the superintendent for an effective evaluation system for the superintendent.
