The Vendor is required to provide temporary staffing and permanent employee recruitment and placement needs, and other related services.
- Temporary staffing
• Temporary staffing needs by identifying, interviewing, credentialing, qualifying, screening, and recommending healthcare professionals and other individuals who provide temporary clinical and non-clinical support (collectively, “personnel”) to fill positions on a temporary basis, as requested by agency.
• Temporary staffing needs for clinical positions, and agency will use agency as its preferred provider for non-clinical temporary staffing needs.
- Permanent employee recruitment and placement services
• Recruitment and placement of permanent employees for all levels of clinical and non-clinical positions (i.e., staff, leadership, and executive level positions), as requested by agency.
• This includes both the placement of personnel that agency wishes to employ (temp-to-perm) and the recruitment of candidates serving as personnel for potential interviews for agency open positions.
