The Vendor is required to provide executive coaching services to identified senior leader(s) as follows:
• One-year (12 months) engagement
• Bi-weekly (twice per month) coaching meetings (approximately 90 minutes in length)
• Meetings occur:
o Once per month in person (at client’s choice of location)
o Once per month virtually
• Execution of a verbal 360 feedback process with approximately 12 stakeholder interviews
• Creation of a specific action plan identifying 3 – 4 leadership commitments designed to strengthen overall effectiveness as a leader
• Action plan to be shared with leader’s supervisor
• Ongoing meetings designed to work through steps of the action plan – meeting content is practical and actionable (preview, review, and practice)
• Intermittent touch points with leader’s supervisor as requested
• Assessment of change in targeted behaviors through degree of change survey administered toward back end of engagement.
