The vendor is required to provide recruitment services for executive and hard to fill roles and who are experts in designing and administering processes that include conducting national searches for candidates qualified to serve in select leadership or hard to fill roles.
- This streamlining best serves the interests of the county by overall reducing time spent and costs incurred by simplifying the contracting.
- County operations include courts and legal services, public health (including health professionals, epidemiologists), public safety, corrections, records and election management, appraisals and assessments, transportation, sanitation and sewage treatment, parks and facilities maintenance and other services.
- Recruiting process incorporates stakeholder input to successfully attract, screen, and select individuals to fill key leadership or hard to fill positions.
