The Vendor is required to provide independent workplace investigators to provide impartial investigation services on an as-needed basis.
- Process is to identify proponents with the qualifications, experience, capacity, and subject-matter expertise necessary to provide independent investigative services in support of the Counties’ workplace, human rights, harassment, discrimination, violence, reprisal, code of conduct, and other employment-related matters.
- Provide professional workplace investigation services relating to, but not limited to:
• Workplace harassment investigations;
• Workplace violence investigations;
• Discrimination and human rights matters;
• Employee misconduct;
• Breaches of workplace policies;
• Respectful workplace concerns;
• Code of conduct violations;
• Labour relations and employee relations matters; and
• Other workplace concerns as directed by the Counties.
