Executive Search Services

The Vendor is required to provide executive search services for include:
- Analyst level:
• Minimum of one (1) year bulge bracket or leading regional investment banking, private equity, public equity, credit, economic or quantitative research, fund of funds, hedge fund experience; will also consider management consulting
• Excellent in excel with an understanding of M&A, valuations and building complex financial models
• Great interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good writing skills and ability to create power point presentations
• Pre-MBA
• Estimated number of positions needed in next four years: 4
- Associate level:
• Minimum of two (2) years of some combination of bulge bracket or leading regional investment banking, private equity, public equity, credit, equity research, hedge fund, fund of funds, corporate development or other sophisticated institutional investment firm experience
• Direct investment experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent in excel with an understanding of M&A, valuations and building complex financial models
• Great interpersonal skills and concise presenter
• Strong writing skills and ability to create power point presentations
• Pre- or post-MBA acceptable, but prefer pre-MBA
• Estimated number of positions needed in next four years: 4
- Principal/investment manager level:
• Minimum of seven (7) years of some combination of investment banking, private equity, credit investing, corporate development, research, fund of funds, or institutional investment firm direct experience
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Ideal candidates will have a network of peers in the PE/banking space
• Strong presentation skills and experience leading deal teams
• Post-MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
• Estimated number of positions needed in next four years: 0-1.
