The Vendor is required to provide hr advisory services and learning & development resources for the organization.
1. HR advisory services
• Executive advisory services across core HR domains: organizational development, talent management, total rewards, workforce recruitment, employee and labour relations, and occupational health, safety, and wellness.
• Unlimited on-demand advisory support for strategy and program execution.
• Consultation on current and future human resources initiatives at health PEI
• Evidence-based and analysis reports on current state of human resources trends
2. Learning content & resources
• Online learning solutions library including virtual, self-directed leadership training content such as pathways, programs, courses and lessons, to support hr providers in various roles and levels.
• Learning and development implementation resources including toolkits and learning guides for supplementary for micro learning (i.e. Tip sheets, blueprints, checklists, guides, self-assessments, workbooks, and short videos).
• People leader enablement resources and coursework in support of HR strategic priorities, possibly including but not limited to:
• Change management, navigating change, building psychological safety
• Relationship building, difficult conversations, emotional intelligence
• Employee engagement, experience & recognition, organizational culture
• Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
3. LMS-ready content
• Learning assets available online and for download for internal delivery
• Content appropriate for upload/use within an internal LMS to scale leadership development, staff development, and HR capability across the organization
• Assets in at minimum one (1) of the approved formats to allow for usage, including progress and completion tracking:
• SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004
• XAPI / tin can
• AICC
• Cmi5.
