International Student Recruitment and Enrollment Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide international student recruitment and enrollment support services should include complete data analysis and evaluation of recruitment strategies as well as providing prospective students with guidance on application processes, immigration and visa processes, and awareness of the students’ responsibilities.
- Requirement:
• Screen prospective students for financial assets, qualifications for admission to the university, and English language proficiency, to the extent possible.
• Responsible for paying all staff hired or retained by contractor to assist with fulfilling contractor’s duties and requirements under any resulting agreement, and contractor is further responsible for paying any taxes that are levied upon such payments by any jurisdiction.
• Prospective international students apply to the university, are admitted, travel to the university campus on a permissible visa and enroll in the university for in-person classes, pay their student bill in full, and deadlines to drop enrollment in the university and receive a refund of any portion of tuition has passed; or
• Prospective international students apply to the university, are admitted, enroll in the University for Online Classes from their own home country only, pay their student bill in full, and meet deadlines to drop enrollment in the university and receive a refund of any portion of tuition has passed.
• Regularly report to the university progress in its recruitment of international students through contractor’s surveys and semester check-in calls.
• Recruit students from diverse geographic regions who are living outside of the country.
• Market and promote university’s educational services with due care and diligence and seek to protect the image of the university and improve the university’s reputation in the foreign country.
