Owner's Representative Services

The Vendor is required to provide owners representative re-services for the design-bid-build guidance for the Colton one: one city, one experience project.
- Requirement:
• Existing conditions assessment & due diligence
• Departmental space needs assessment
• Facility programming & test fits
• Customer experience & public interface design
• Council chambers & civic space planning
• Workplace environment & organizational efficiency
• Operational resiliency & infrastructure planning
• Phasing, occupancy & transition strategy
• Cost estimating & financial modeling
• Project delivery strategy & schedule development
• Project management / owner’s representative (optional or integrated).
