The Vendor is required to provide executive search firm to lead the CEO recruitment.
- Requirement:
• Development of a candidate outreach and sourcing strategy targeting transit, transportation, and relevant public-authority executives nationally.
• Facilitation of position-profile validation with the authority board and HR leadership, and preparation of recruitment marketing materials (using authority -approved branding and photography).
• Candidate screening, reference checks, and presentation of a qualified slate to the board within an agreed timeline, given the incumbent's departure on October 21, 2026.
• Support for interview logistics, compensation benchmarking, and offer negotiation.
• A transition/onboarding recommendation for the incoming CEO, coordinated with authority executive leadership team.
