Recruitment and Staffing Services

The vendor is required to provide recruitment and staffing services will be utilized to fill psychologist positions in the county-operated jail system where there are high service demand and short supply of staff.
- The adult forensic behavioral health (AFBH) provides mental health and substance use services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to individuals incarcerated at jail.
- Services include but are not limited to mental health screening at intake, variety of clinical assessments, including risk assessment, crisis intervention and stabilization, diagnosis and treatment planning, individual and group counseling, case management, care coordination, and re-entry planning.
- Forensic programs are staffed by multi-disciplinary teams, and the psychologists hired through recruitment/staffing agencies will report to their assigned managers, supervisors, or directors within the forensic division.
- Recruit licensed clinical psychologists with experience and ability to supervise interns/associates.
